This is the single most common mix-up in cord-cutting: the cable news channel Fox News (owned by Fox Corporation) is a completely different feed from your local FOX broadcast affiliate (the one carrying NFL games and primetime shows). Your local FOX station is free over the air with an antenna in most markets. Fox News the cable news channel is not, and never will be, since it has no broadcast-spectrum presence at all.
